Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns may go to a different address than the one they shipped from.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the law in your country requires otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, food-contact items that have been used may not be returnable unless faulty.
