Where orders ship from
Our products are fulfilled by partner suppliers located overseas. Orders are not shipped from a local warehouse, and we do not offer express or next-day domestic delivery.
Delivery times
Once processed, most orders are delivered within 7–16 business days, depending on the product and your destination. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays can happen due to customs, carrier volume or holidays.
Shipping costs
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take a few days to update while the parcel is in transit internationally.
Multiple items
If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Customs, duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. Unless stated at checkout, these are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
